I had an amazing stay! The hosts, Elena and Pierpaolo, made us feel welcome and went above and beyond with service, especially at breakfast. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. However, the entrance to the property could be a bit off-putting at first, but don't let that deter you-once inside, it's lovely. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to return.

We had a very challenging experience with the booking, as we couldn't find the hotel and ended up feeling unsafe in the area. The lack of clear directions caused us to abandon our reservation and seek another accommodation. It's a shame because it impacted our entire trip.
